01. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are shipped (whichever comes first). Once your order has left our facility and is with the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
02. Return Policy
Since our drinks are fresh food items, we do not accept returns once delivery is complete, even if the main seal is unbroken. This helps us ensure 100% safety and hygiene for all our customers.
03. Damages & Wrong Orders
We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged (leaking or broken), incorrect orders, or products that have passed their expiry date by the time they reach you.
04. What We Need From You
To help us process your claim quickly, a clear unboxing video and high-quality photos of the shipping label are required. Please report any issues to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
05. Shipping & Re-routing
Shambhu Beverage covers the return shipping costs for approved replacement claims. However, if a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an additional re-shipping fee will apply for a second delivery attempt.
